8 June-5 Sept 2005. The lovely gardens of Villa Celimontana open their gates to jazz lovers for what has become one of the most successful and enjoyable festivals of the summer. This 12th edition offers its usual rich programme with a concert every evening, a good catering service, exhibitions and talks. After last years successful run, it also features a number of "mini-festivals" in concert cycles dedicated to different nations and a week focusing on "Tango Jazz". The event also includes Sunday brunch at 11.00, cocktails every evening at 19.00 during the musicians rehearsals and soundchecks before the evening concert. There is also a special space called "overnight guitaring" dedicated to the classical guitar.
