Concerts in different venues indicated together with the event.
This is the 31st edition of the sophisticated contemporary music festival directed by composer Ada Gentile. As usual the festival showcases new music and composers and relies on the collaboration of foreign academies and institutes, which also host the events themselves. Five concerts make up the programme this year, each one dedicated to a nation: Italy, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary and USA. Some 40 works make up the calendar of events, 17 of which have been especially commissioned by the festival and are world premieres. All events are free.
