Select cinemas in Rome will screen the documentary USA vs John Lennon on Monday 17 June, for one day only.
The film by David Leaf and John Scheinfeld features unpublished footage, documents, and surprising new revelations that give a fuller picture of the magic surrounding the man who became a musical icon and a universal symbol of peace: John Lennon.
The documentary examines the ex-Beatle's transformation into a peace activist and throws light on the real reasons the US government tried to silence him.
