On Thursday 23 March only vehicles with licence plates ending in an even number will be permitted to circulate in Romes "fascia verde the green zone. The restriction will be in force from 15.0021.00. 23 March will be the last Thursday in a series of ten when, to help reduce air pollution in Rome, only vehicles with odd or even number plates will be allowed to circulate alternately.
