Milk made in Italy.
From 7 June, cartons of fresh, pasteurised milk on sale in Italy must be labelled clearly with the place of its origin, not just where the milk was packed. More than 2.5 million litres of fresh milk are sold daily in Italy and the new law is intended to give the public the possibility of choosing milk that is home-produced.
