Di Robilant, a young international sculptor raised in Rome, shows new sculptures which at first seem like enigmatic presences, handsome and airy. Made of glass under his directions by Venetian craftsmen, they emanate an amber aura like sunshine, or a white one like clear springwater. Most of the abstract shapes, mostly stubby and rotund, are involved with the spaces within large glass bells as if they were alchemists
