Leonard Cohen in Rome

7 July. Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen performs at Rome's Auditorium Parco della Musica this summer.

The veteran musician and poet is known for classic songs such as Hallelujah, Bird on a Wire, Joan of Arc, Suzanne, and So Long Marianne.

Financial reasons forced him to begin touring again in 2008 - following an absence of 15 years from the stage - after he discovered that his former manager had misappropriated approximately $5 million of his money.

For tickets see Ticketone.
