Budapest Festival Orchestra was founded by Ivan Fischer over 25 years ago and has created an outstanding reputation for itself through its recordings and international tours. The ensemble performs in Rome, within the programme of the 2013 Hungary-Italy Year of Culture, with the participation of the acclaimed virtuosistic guest pianist Dimitris Sgouros in a programme dedicated to Dohnanvi, Prokofiev and Brahms.
