Guide & Coordinator Scheduling Specialist

The ideal candidate is able to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when communicating with guide and coordinators while completing day-to-day tasks. This role will require the ability to create and maintain accurate schedules for all guides and tour coordinators throughout Italy. It is important that you have an aptitude for learning new processes, and a natural ability to work collaboratively on different technological platforms. This role requires precision and ability to foresee and prevent potential inventory problems. The candidate will be able to critically analyse scheduling reports and will look for opportunities to improve efficiency. You should think like a team player and have a natural willingness to help fellow co-workers.

Skills/Requirements:

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service or similar industry

Previous experience managing guide and coordinator schedules

Strong aptitude to work under pressure and maintain effective results

Previous experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zendesk, Asana, Calamari, bonus, but not mandatory

Fluency in English and Italian, necessary
