Tara McPherson: I Know it by Heart
11 June-26 Sept. Well-known pop surrealism artist Tara McPherson holds her first solo show in Rome, at the Dorothy Circus Gallery.
The show comprises eight new works, created during the Californian artist’s recent residency in Rome, as well as a large selection of posters she illustrated for musicians such as the Melvins, Beck, and Franz Ferdinand.
McPherson is also expected to undertake a mural project in the centre of Rome during her stay in the capital.
The gallery closes for summer holidays from 24 July until early Sept.
