Soile Yli-Mäyry: Dream Sand
7-16 Oct. Two years after her last Rome show, the Finnish artist Soile Yli-Mäyry returns to Galleria della Tartaruga with an exhibition of new paintings and glass sculptures.
Yli-Mäyry is known internationally for her highly colourful works, which she paints with a palette knife and whose principal themes relate to humanity and people’s alienation from nature in the urban world.
The Galleria della Tartaruga is a well-established gallery that has promoted important Italian and foreign artists for the last 40 years.
