1/9unosunove presents a new solo show by London artist Mat Collishaw, featuring a selection of artworks from three of his best known series: Burning Flowers, Insecticide and Last Meal on Death Row.
The exhibition displays Collishaw's focus on the fragility of existence, including crushed butterflies, burning flowers and the last meals of death row inmates in America.
Collishaw is regarded as an important figure in the generation of British artists who emerged from Goldsmith’s College in the late 1980s.
The 1/9unosunove show comes ahead of a major exhibition by Collishaw at Rome's Galleria Borghese in September.
Tues-Fri 11.00-19.00. Sat 15.00-19.00.
