Gustav Aceves: Lapidarium
16 Sept-5 March. 40 monumental sculptures by Mexican artist Gustav Aceves can be admired at outdoor archaeological sites in Rome including Trajan's Markets, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Arch of Constantine.
The travelling public sculpture installation is dedicated to migration, and comprises fragmented or cracked statues of horses and human skulls, made from bronze, marble, wood, iron and granite.
After Rome the exhibition will visit Istanbul, Paris, Venice and Mexico.
