Fans of the English film-maker and artist Derek Jarman will be able to see videos, films, installations, performances and music in Rome until 3 July. There will also be readings by Tilda Swinton, and music by Peter Christopherson of COIL and Simon Fisher Turner. This tribute to Jarman, which comes on the tenth anniversary of his death, has been organised by the British Council and the British School at Rome. A retrospective of his best films will be showing at the cinema Sala Trevi, Vicolo del Puttarello 25 until 3 July. They include The Garden, Caravaggio, The Tempest, Blue, Jubilee, Edward II, Angelic Conversation, Wittgenstein, In the Shadow of the Sun, Imagining October, Gitterburg, as well as some shorts and Super-8 productions.
