Tea-infused menu by Rome's youngest Michelin-starred chef at Babingtons

Chef Stile special guest of Babingtons tea rooms for one evening.

Continuing their tradition of offering creative courses dedicated to the world of tea, Babingtons historic tea rooms near the Spanish Steps hosts "L'Ingredientè" on 4 November.

The evening will see Babingtons collaborate with the youngest Michelin-starred chef in Rome, Domenico Stile of Enoteca la Torre in Villa Laetitia, who will prepare an ad hoc menu of gourmet dishes using Babingtons tea among the ingredients.

Diners will be able to taste every type of tea together with each of the dishes prepared specially by Chef Stile who will be available to explain each dish and answer questions from diners.

The menu is as follows:

Pan brioche tostato con burro di bufala, alici di Cetara e Moroccan Secrete
Servito su alzata finger food
Tè abbinato: Moroccan Secret freddo in bicchiere shottino
Gamberi rossi al Red Rhubarb, zucca e lemon Caviar
Servito si piattino con coltello e forchetta dolce
Tè abbinato: Red Rhubarb freddo in bicchiere shottino
Ravioli di coda alla vaccinara e pistacchio su infuso di Lapsang Souchong
Servito in ciotola con cucchiaio da zuppa
Tè abbinato: Lapsang Souchong caldo in ciotolina bianca
Anatra Laccata al Forest Fruits e bietolina
Servito si piattino con coltello e forchetta dolce
Tè abbinato: Forest Fruits caldo in ciotolina bianca
Crostatina meringata al finocchio e Earl Grey
Servito si piattino con coltello e forchetta dolce
Tè abbinato: Earl Grey Imperial freddo bicchiere shottino
