Stella Tasca: On the wild side

30 May-30 June. Parione9 Gallery presents On the wild side, a solo exhibition by Stella Tasca whose works celebrate the beauty of the animal and plant world. Inspired by Giacomo Giorgi's feature film of the same name, Tasca examines the theme of hunting within our society and invites the viewer to reflect and respect the wild side of our planet.

Her images of whales and tigers are painted and sprayed on wood, paper and fabric, with influences ranging from hardcore punk to Pop art. The exhibition by the Rome-based artist opens at 18.00 on 30 May and is curated by the founders of Parione9 Gallery, Marta Bandini and Elettra Bottazzi. For full details see gallery website.
