13 June-30 Sept. The Baths of Caracalla host the first major retrospective dedicated to the internationally celebrated Italian sculptor Mauro Staccioli who died in January aged 80. The exhibition, which is supported by the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna (GNAM), includes 26 works placed around the grounds of the baths as well as in underground areas of the site, with a special itinerary emphasising Staccioli's desire for a close relationship between sculpture and the environment. Open daily 09.00-19.15.
