Great Movies of the Past at Palaexpo

After the great success of the past edition, the review Some like it Hot returns to Palaexpo with a cycle of masterpieces, that have marked the history of cinema. The films will be projected in their original 35 mm format. The protagonists of this edition including Buñuel, Kurosawa, Herzog, Fellini, Wilder, Kazan, Melville and von Sternberg. On the occasion of the centenary of Michelangelo Antonioni’s birth, this review will end with a special homage to the great Italian director: the projection of Chronicle of a Love, his first feature film. Among the great international stars, who have made these movies unique, are Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, Marlene Dietrich and Orson Welles. On 16 April the American movie The Fortune Cookie by Billy Wilder, on 30 April the French movie Le fantôme de la Liberté by Luis Buñuel, on 14 May the American movie Grand Hotel by Edmund Goulding and on 25 May the Italian movie Chronicle of a Love by Antonioni.
