FOOD: dal cucchiaio al mondo
29 May-8 Nov. Coinciding with the food and nutrition themes of EXPO Milan 2015, this exhibition at the MAXXI highlights how food affects our bodies, houses, streets, cities and landscapes.
Under the title Food: from the spoon to the world, artists and architects present more than 50 works which confront the politics, sociology, urbanism and economics behind the food we eat.
The exhibition explores how the world's communities and landscapes are affected by the production, transport, sale, consumption and disposal of the planet's food.
