Elisa Montessori: Bamboo
7 July-27 Sept. This exhibition of recent works by Italian artist Elisa Montessori, inspired by bamboo plants, has been created specifically for the Casina delle Civette.
Comprising sketches and mosaic fragments, the show alludes to bamboos in a colourful, stone environment. Montessori is originally from Genova but has lived in Rome since the 1950s.
