The exhibition La Cina Arcaica (3500-221 BC) comprises about 150 precious artefacts such as bronzes, gold masks and jades, all of which are on loan from China. The initiative is part of a mutual exchange of ancient treasures between the two countries and is organised jointly by Chinese and Italian culture ministries. The exhibition is divided into five parts: the birth of civilisation, the coming of the kingdom, sacrifices to the gods and ancestors, music linked to the ceremonies, and the era of the Warring States. Palazzo Venezia, Via del Plebiscito 118, tel. 0669994388.
