Rome concert raises money for people in need of food aid.

The World Food Program (WFP) Alumni Network is organising a charity concert in support of those in need of food aid, at 18.30 on Saturday 19 October.

The concert, whose proceeds will support the emergency relief work undertaken by WFP, will be held at Rome's Conservatorio di S. Cecilia on Via dei Greci in collaboration with the association Ricordando A.B. Michelangeli.

The concert is open to the public and will feature music by Mozart, Pergolesi, Purcell and Handel, performed by a soprano, mezzo soprano and musicians on piano, violin and cello.
