4 April-30 May. Ultra_Sur is a project dedicated to contemporary art between Italy and Chile, comprising an exhibition and series of artist talks at MACRO Asilo.

The project is organised by Sinopsis Australis, a programme of art residencies between Italy and South America, and is promoted by the Chilean embassy in Rome which hosts the exhibition.

The show features the works of 10 Chilean artists and one Italian artist. Organisers say the Ultra_Sur project represents the result of five years of work and underlines the strong network of relationships that have been built up between Chilean and Italian artists.
