17-28 May 2005.

This years second All Ireland Traveller Art Competition is being held in one of Dublin's most captivating 18th century buildings: the Bank of Ireland Arts Centre. Organised by the NATC (National Association of Traveller Centres), travellers from throughout Ireland present their works of art to a group of judges including Robert Ballagh and Derek Speirs. NATC is a partnership organisation which has direct daily contact with over 1,500 traveller families nationwide. For NATC, the art competition is a groundbreaking project aiming to bridge the divide between settled and travelling communities in Ireland.
