As an apetitiser for its next symphonic season the Accademia di S. Cecilia returns after its summer break with a violin concerto by Israeli virtuoso Shlomo Mintz who will play music by Rossini, Beethoven and Brahms. Mintz will be accompanied by the Turkish National Youth Orchestra, comprising 100 musicians between the ages of 16 and 22, conducted by Cem Mansur.
