24-25 June. Rome's All Saints’ Anglican Church hosts Shakespeare in words and music, with music by Morley, Arne, Pearsall and others, an English-language play on Saturday 24 June at 17.30.
This is followed at 18.30 the next day, Sunday 25 June, with Shakespeare in Musica featuring Bernstein's suite corale from West Side Story, George Shearing's Songs and Sonnets from Shakespeare, as well as music by Morley, Arne, Pearsall, Rutter and others.
The choir is the New Chamber Singers, directed by Darren Everhart, with Esther Sofaer on piano.
Entry is free to both events.
