28 Oct-1 Nov 2004. This year, the Salon du Chocolat in Paris celebrates its 10th anniversary. During the five-day event more than 150 exhibitors present their new creations and the latest chocolate trends. There are all kinds of mouth-watering truffles, chocolates, cakes but do not miss out on the opportunity to learn more about your favourite delicacy. This year, more than 20 activities detail every stage of chocolate-making, including the From bean to bar exhibition, the Choco-Dance area, the Salon du Chocolat museum, and the Cacao Show conferences. In the Choco-Dmos area famous French and international chefs show off their cooking skills with Ganache, Fort noire, brownies or Crousti fondant chocolat. A chocolate fashion show is also on, with its original outfits the fruit of a subtle marriage between a fashion designer and a pastry chef. Bon apptit!
