The inaugural edition of the Rome Food & Wine Festival takes place from 17-19 May on the top floor of the Eataly food emporium beside Ostiense train station.
The three-day festival offers visitors the chance to taste food cooked by 15 top chefs as well as sample 60 of the best Italian wines.
In addition to food and wine tastings there are cooking demonstrations by chefs who present five dishes featuring baccalà, chicken, veal, carbonara and cous cous.
