27 Sept-10 Dec 2008. Romaeuropa Festival is back again with its welcome line-up of contemporary artistic creations. Organised by the Romaeuropa Foundation, which has been promoting contemporary art and live performances for more than 20 years, the festival stretches through the autumn and well into winter, regaling the Roman public with a wide-ranging programme featuring dance, music, visual arts, theatre and multimedia works. Organisers boast that the festival is one of the most innovative of our time thanks to its ability to discover and promote new trends and artists as well as alternative cultural experiences and traditions. Since 1986, the festival in Rome has presented works by leading international artists and cutting-edge works by emerging talents. Events take place in theatres, auditoriums and alternative venues all over the city.
