25-30 Jan 2005. OVNI stands for Observatori de Video No Identificat (Unknown Frame Observatory). Taking place at the Centre de Cultura Contempornia de Barcelona the Observatory archives have been grouped in themes and are intended to encourage a critical approach to contemporary culture and global political hegemony through video art, independent documentary and mass media archaeology.
