The phenomenon of near-death experience will be explored during a talk to the Professional Womens Association (PWA) on Thurs 16 Nov.
Grazia Cini from Florence spent seven days in a coma after a horse-riding accident in 1973, and will discuss what she went through.
A subject no less mystifying to many will be aired during another talk on Wed 30 Nov, when Dr Alessandro Musumeci will speak about information technology. Dr Musumeci, IT general manager at the ministry of education, will explain the impact of IT on schools in Italy. This presentation will be in Italian.
Both talks are at 19.00. Entrance is 8 for non-members and free for members.
The PWA is a group of international women from different cultural and working backgrounds; it includes members from the UK, US, Australia, Germany and France, as well as Italy.
