21 June-2 Sept 2007. Now in its 13th edition, this multi-faceted film festival lights up the Isola Tiberina in the middle of the river Tiber every evening from 19.00. The two cinema areas include the Arena Maxischermo with seating for 400 people. It is here that premieres, box office hits and thematic evenings take place, many in the presence of film directors, producers and actors. The smaller CineLab, with seating for 80 people, looks onto Ponte Garibaldi and features a cinema programme with social, political and environmental themes.
