10 Feb-10 June. An interactive exhibition providing a multi-sensory experience into the paintings of Austrian symbolist Gustav Klimt comes to Rome after successful runs in Milan and Reggia di Caserta.
The multimedia exhibition, taking place at the recently-restored Sala delle Donne building just off Piazza di S. Giovanni in Laterano, is dedicated to the life and works of the founder of the Viennese Secession.
Designed as an "immersive experience", the show features virtual reality projections of Klimt's best-loved works, including The Kiss, accompanied by a soundtrack and information about the ever-popular artist.
