In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Norman Jewison film, the Vega Theatre Company stages the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar", for one night only, at 21.00 on 15 March at Teatro Italia.
Ten years after the last Rome performance, 22 cast members will bring to life the hugely-successful musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, which has been entertaining audiences ever since it opened in Broadway in 1971.
