7-15 May 2005.
Coinciding with the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix, over a million visitors are expected for the 33rd edition of Europes most spectacular motor show. The event not only puts the Catalan capital on the motoring map, it also puts the public in the driving seat: with a quads circuit and 4x4 track for stunt driving action, a skid pan, and obstacle course track for electronic scooters. With over 45 of the largest car manufacturers showcasing their latest models, it promises to be a colourful event with a wide array of activities. The Barcelona International Motor Show and the Society of Automobile Engineers (STA) will also award the "5th International Motor Show Prizes" for the best technological innovations in the automotive industry. Tickets cost: 9 weekdays, 11 weekend.
