1 Dec-19 Jan. Rome's z2o Sara Zanin Gallery presents Burn What Needs To Be Burned, the gallery's first show by Ibrahim Ahmed.

The exhibition is the result of a two-year long process of self-exploration in which the Cairo-based artist addresses the topical debate of masculinity and its implications.

The show features around 50 photographs and photo-collages in which the artist uses his own body as a means of dismantling the concept of manliness as it is perceived and performed across different geographical and cultural collective imaginations.
