Based on a modern reinterpretation of the theme of travel and the Grand Tour, this exhibition is a collaboration between Rome-based artists' residence qwartz and the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna, with the support of Rome's Spanish embassy and the Real Academia de España en Roma. Curated by Federica Forti, the project involves a visual dialogue between contemporary artists and the 19th-century works on show at GNAM. Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna di Roma, Viale delle Belle Arti 131, tel. 0632298221.
