19 Oct-11 Feb. Palazzo Barberini presents an exhibition of around 20 works by Giuseppe Arcimboldo (1526-1593), an Italian painter best known for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of objects such as fruit, vegetables, flowers, fish and books. The exhibition includes approximately 100 works, many of them by Arcimboldo's contemporaries.
