3 July-3 Sept 2006. The beautiful Fontana Acqua di Paola on the Janiculum Hill acts as backdrop for this popular festival. Directed by the actress Lydia Biondi, the light-hearted programme focuses mainly on drama, but it also offers evenings of music and dance. The fact that it all happens right next to a very pleasant bar-come-restaurant under the stars and overlooking the lights of Rome, has most certainly contributed to its success.
