This interesting international arts festival is produced by the Musica per Roma Foundation and events take place in the spectacular archaeological venue of Hadrian's Villa in Tivoli, where a specially constructed stage and amphitheatre are set up in front of the baths, and state-of-the-art illumination creates an incredible backdrop.
The programme, which is co-produced with major European cultural institutions and artists, kicks off with performance by internationally acclaimed Anglo-Indian choreographer Akram Khan in a work entitled Gnosis (15, 16 June).
