Caracalla Paradiso Contemporaneo
This event marks a first for Rome as the city’s archaeological superintendent has chosen to promote contemporary art at the Baths of Caracalla.
The ancient ruins provide the backdrop for Michelangelo Pistoletto’s installation, Il Terzo Paradiso, representing the conjunction between what we have been, what we are and what we will be.
The event will also see the opening of the Mithraeum, long closed to the public.
