Rome's Museo Carlo Bilotti presents exhibition Balla a Villa Borghese
29 Nov-17 Feb. The Carlo Bilotti Museum shows more than 30 works painted in Villa Borghese by celebrated Italian painter Giacomo Balla (1871-1958), from 29 November until 17 February 2019.The paintings have never been shown together before and were created before the artist embraced the futurist style for which he became known internationally.
The exhibition comes following the recent discovery of Balla's long-lost murals at a former Rome jazz and cabaret club owned by the Bank of Italy.
