Rome bus service to Ostia beaches

Rome's summer bus service to beaches along the coast from Ostia south to Torvaianica resumed on 1 May and runs until 21 September.

The 070 Express operates on weekends only until 30 May, after which it becomes daily until 21 September. The express line runs from the Fermi bus station in EUR through Casalpalocco and Castel Porziano to the Colombo bus stop in Ostia.

At weekends and public holidays until 26 May the 07 runs from the Colombo bus station (which connects with the Rome-Lido railway line) to Torvaianica along the coast road, stopping at the so-called Cancelli beach establishments.

The service then becomes daily from 26 May until 21 September. The daily 62 service connects Ostia with the beaches at Castel Porziano, and runs more frequently during peak weekend periods. Full details on the Muoversi a Roma website.
