ENAV National Strike on 20 March

Tomorrow, March 20, due to the strike of personnel of the Air Traffic Control Agency ENAV, organized by the labour union UNICA from 10.00 to 18.00, Alitalia, like other carriers, had to program a relevant reduction of its flights in order to limit inconvenience to its customers.

The changes will not affect Alitalia intercontinental flights from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Malpensa.

Alitalia is contacting passengers involved in the rescheduling and cancellation of flights affected by the strike in order to provide alternative travel solutions and instructions for the refund of unused tickets.

Alitalia invites all of its customers departing tomorrow to check the status of their flight through the "Flight Status” serivce on  alitalia.com or by calling the toll free number 800.65.00.55 activated for the occasion.
