Study Abroad Program Coordinator

Since 1995, SAI Programs has been dedicated to providing students with an exceptional cultural and educational experience abroad. SAI in Rome is looking to fill the position of Assistant Program Coordinator, starting in June. This position is full-time and responsible for student events, advising, mentoring students, rotating as an emergency contact as well as managing the office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited American institution, be a native English speaker, have an advanced level of Italian and have valid EU working papers and experience in student services and/or custom program design and implementation. This individual must be detail-oriented, flexible, work well in teams and have excellent customer service skills. This position requires evening and weekend work.
