Communications Officer

The head office of a female Catholic Religious Order based in central Rome seeks a communications officer. This role will work and liaise with the Congregational Leadership Team and will coordinate communications within the Congregation. This will include updating the main Congregation website, management of social media networks and liaising with sisters and lay associates around the world to develop the communications network of the Congregation.

The ideal candidate should have at least one years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills including knowledge of website management, ideally WordPress or other appropriate software, and social media networks are required. Candidates should have excellent knowledge, both written and spoken, of English, as well as one other language of the Congregation (French, Spanish or Portuguese).
