This charmy apartment of 90 sq.mt is situated at the second floor of a building from the 17th century with the elevator

The apartment is elegantly and recently furnished and consists of an entrance, a double living room, one bed room, a small kitchen fully equipped and one bathroom with a large Jacuzzi.

The very high wooden ceilings (over 3 mt) have allowed the creation of a mezzanine with a large wardrobe and a single bad. In addition the sofà in the living room hosts a double bed. There is also a small internal balcony .

The apartment is very quite and few steps from the John Cabot University. It is walking distance from all the turistic sites in Rome, including Piazza Navona and Vatican.

it is very close to the FAO and very well connected with public trasportation to any place in Rome.

The Trastevere district is full of pubs and restaurants and very popular for the night life.
