The short course in Hospitality Management at European School of Economics in Rome is aimed at students interested in careers in the international hospitality and tourism business. On completion of the course, participants will be prepared for careers on managerial and entrepreneurial level in hotels, restaurants, tour operators, events and conferences - all major economic and social forces and prime growth areas throughout the world.
Hospitality Management programme will explore in depth the role of Customer Service, Personnel Management, Hospitality Management and International Marketing and Tourism.
Participants will be able to analyse and evaluate the policies and principles that best promote a customer-focused culture and learn how to successfully manage a team to obtain this objective. Students will also develop the skills that will enable them to predict potential trends and pitfalls within the industry and design and develop effective strategies to adjust their marketing strategies accordingly.
Upon successful completion of the programme participants may opt to take a 3-month internship fitted to their profile and career objectives.
An assessment with the ESE Placement Officer will determine their eligibility for a placement.
ESE Rome center has partnered with IHG Academy, an in-house training program of the renowned Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG)
Thanks to such direct collaboration, our students will have access to a six (6) month internship program in the field of Hospitality Management at a IHG managed structure.
