16 June-11 Aug 2006. Presented by the Miracle Players. In forty minutes this lively group of actors re-enact the lives of Romes most famous emperors. The play focuses on the lives and follies of the Julio-Claudian dynasty: Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius and Nero. Using the words of classical writers, a true tale, stranger than fiction, is brought to life on a stage worthy of the emperors themselves: the Roman Forum.
