The Swiss Institute in Rome presents the second annual edition of The Draftsmen's Congress, a liberating initiative that encourages artists and non-artists to leave their mark on the institute's interior walls. Pencils, paint and ink are provided, and participants can respond freely to topical issues such as politics, religion and the economic crisis.
